​Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy for Factum by Factumlabs Pte Ltd

 

Factum is committed to fostering a safe and supportive community for fitness enthusiasts. We have a strict policy against any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) to ensure our platform remains a space for positive health and fitness activities.

 

Our Commitments:

  • Zero Tolerance for CSAE: We strictly prohibit the uploading or sharing of any content that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, or any other forms of media that could be considered sexually explicit or illegal involving minors.

  • User Reporting: Users can report any content or behaviour they suspect might violate our CSAE policies directly within the app through our 'Report Content' feature, or by emailing moderation@factumlabs.com.

  • Action: Upon receiving a report, we will promptly investigate. Actions may include immediate removal of content, suspension or banning of user accounts, and, where applicable, reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.

 

Content Moderation:

  • Pre-Upload Scanning: We reserve the right to use technology to scan photos before they are published to prevent the upload of illegal or sexually explicit content.

  • Manual Review: In addition to automated systems, we have human moderators who review content reported by users or flagged by our systems for further assessment.
